Donhauser Law's services are provided in accordance with the provisions of Donhauser Law's “General Conditions for Mandate and Compensation Agreements”. These are available with every mandate contract. To determine the scope of services and remuneration, we also conclude mandate and remuneration agreements with our clients, which are negotiated individually with our clients.
AVOIDING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST:
Lawyers are prohibited from exercising conflicting interests due to professional regulations (Section 43a (4) BRAO). Before accepting a mandate, it is therefore always checked whether there is a conflict of interest.
