Munich/Ottobrunn, June 2024 - Donhauser Law has the Olive Robotics GmbH, one from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) emerging DeepTech start-up, comprehensive in its successful Pre-seed financing round in the amount of 1 million euros advise. The funding was led by S&F SmartTec GmbH & Co. KG and serves to further develop Olive Robotics' innovative embedded AI and sensor technologies.

Our services included in particular:

• which structured redesign of the cap table before the financing round,
• which comprehensive legal advice and negotiation investment documentation, including investment and shareholder agreements,
• as well as the Supervision of the entire financing process until successful completion.

With this financing, Olive Robotics is strengthening its position as a pioneer in the development of modular, ROS-compatible robotics components and continues to democratize robotics development.
